I have nearly 20 years of experience leading cross-sector initiatives that improve how people interact with place, navigate systems, and connect with one another.
I bring deep expertise in placemaking, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, commercial district revitalization, and strategic design.
At Philadelphia International Airport, I built a multi-year initiative from the ground up to improve customer experience across one of the country’s most complex public systems. I brought together more than 50 organizations and 17,000 employees—spanning government agencies, airlines, and vendors—through a stakeholder council; developed branded service standards; established airport-wide training and recognition programs; and implemented consumer insights and performance metrics to shape the airport’s hospitality culture for 33M annual passengers.
During my tenure at Fairmount Park Conservancy, I directed revenue strategy and programming for experiential public space activations in parks citywide. I launched Parks on Tap, a traveling beer garden that attracts over 100,000 visitors annually and generates $1M+ in seasonal revenue for park reinvestment. I also developed programming and sponsorship models balancing public enjoyment and revenue generation, helping secure $1.85 million in corporate funding for park improvements.
Earlier in my career, I led a nationally recognized Main Street program at Mt. Airy CDC. I produced marketing campaigns and events and oversaw major physical transformation of the commercial corridor, including a $3.5M streetscape enhancement, over 50 storefront renovations, and the development of Lovett Park. I advanced a blended revenue model with a fee-based business association and helped establish the Mt. Airy Business Improvement District, later serving as its Executive Director.
I hold a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan and a nonprofit leadership certificate from Bryn Mawr College. I grew up in Northwest Philadelphia (where I now live with my husband and two children) and bring a deep commitment to place, equity, and human connection to every project.
How I Work
-
I surface insights others miss—through observation, research, and conversation—and use them to inform clear, strategic direction.
-
I build trust across diverse teams, bridging silos to shape shared vision and forward momentum.
-
I develop strategies that are both visionary and executable—designed for people, shaped by context, and built for the real world.
-
I measure what matters, track progress, gather feedback, and share learnings - then make refinements to strengthen program impact and further improve user experience.
